Exceptionally clean hotel in a spotlessly clean building very close to city centre, beaches and the beachfront. A great selection of food available in the cafe. Really nice experience there.

The unit we stayed in was well-equipped and tastefully decorated, with amenities like tea and a mini fridge. The hotel is situated in a lovely location, close to the beach and shops, as well as the marina and seafront. We enjoyed having brunch at The Grapevine Brewhouse, which is conveniently located nearby.

Undoubtedly a lovely option for a stay in Exmouth. Chilled-out base for a short break.- Central location close to town centre shops, rail and bus stations, beach and sea front, harbour, restaurants, and pubs.

Upon our arrival, our room that was wheelchair accessible came equipped with a coffee maker and a selection of refreshments 🍵. We also had the convenience of having an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware already available in the room.

She responded immediately to our situation and provided us with a lovely, clean, and comfortable room. the room had nice touches like plenty of tea and coffee supplies and a small fridge. the ensuite shower room was spacious, well-designed, and spotlessly clean. the guest house's location was ideal, just a short walk from the marina and in a quiet area. Sue's personal touches made our stay enjoyable and we highly recommend Summer Winds. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! 👍.

Cannot find any fault.
